I love the pink meat! oh you mean salmon..... as you stated salmon is one of the best sources of protein and fatty *****'s out their. Proud to say its a huge part of mt diet. But i must admit, when growing up and prior to being active in training i wanted no part in it. It wasn't until I learned of the powerful health benefits that I began to eat it.

One of my favorites. Love the stuff.

I prefer it raw, with a little wasabi.

Salmon is the bomb. Whenever I go visit folks back home in Seattle I always stop at Pike's Place Market and mail some of the smoked stuff back to Texas

Salmon is my favorite fish. I know plenty who can't stand it, but I love the flavor. Grilled is the way I like it best. Oh, and as sushi too.

I usually buy a full salmon and have them slice it into steaks (cheaper then buying fillets), but have to admit there are times when i just can't eat it anymore, leave it and after a month or so go back
