    Drol training

    Gday, quick question.

    Ive been told when using drol you should take it an hour before training on workout days, and it has a 5 hour window after taking to train. Now i think this is complete rubbish but i just wanted to check. My understanding is you take it once a day ed, is that correct?

    hey mate

    drol should be taken twice a day since it has a 16 hour active life

    best time to take drol would be at breakfast

    and late afternoon

    this will keep ur blood levels stable

    e.g if ur running 100mg drol

    breakfast: 50mg

    5 oclock: 50mg

    Yes running at 50mgs once a day did very little for me however doing 50mgs twice a day as stated above should do the trick!

    correct or you can split tabs in have...some people cant take more than 50mgs day due to HBP complications..

    Sweet as, i might try uping the dose to 100 then beacuse my stuff is ug so its in cap form.
