Finished a cycle in october and yeah my experince in the gym prior to cycle was about 6 months.
Yeah i was crazy and i regret it now i'm faced with loss of gains and weight.
While i was on cycle my commitment to the gym was great because i was seeing results, wasn't drinking any alcohol my diet i wouldn't say was spot on but there was an effort in place.
Out of interest before u guys every started AAS how did u keep your motivation up, while doing it naturally because when i was cycling i found too restrict myself from temptations of alcohol and shit food.
Now that i have decided to build naturally prob for the next 3-4 years i am going to need all the motivation and dedication i can get, because natural is a daunting and long process but its the only answer if i were to continue my AAS use.
Any inputs would be great on your time while natural and the party/social life you guys had
