or worse not able to see exactly where your injecting, i always found it awkward with my glutes, i use to get my mate to inject me originaly when i did glutes just coz i couldnt do it, now i can but its a absolute pain
i then found out about quads, and it just made life so easy, and since the quads such a big muscle group u dont need to be spot on when you inject it, you can move around a little so u can avoid future scar tissue
the quad isnt a caution area, its a very big muscle group, if you tense your quad im sure u can see the whole muscle and how big it is,
once u see ur muscle tensed u can see where the middle of your quad is
just inject around the middle area (for simplicity sake), u dont need ot be spot on, and if your not its no big deal, the quads a massive muscle so ur not going to risk damagining anything
unless u inject near ur knee, but im sure u wopuldnt inject near ur knee seeing how big your quads are
ive tried other areas, personaly quads are by far the easiest, and pain wise is nothing
delts i dont mind but i always find someitmes i get leakage after ive injected and that frustrates me
pectorials i like aswell but i wouldnt pin them your first time just coz u wanna get use to pinning first before u start searching for areas like pecs
ive never done bicep or tricep, though just the idea of pinning them puts me off
ive done traps and HATE it since its just awkward
ive done calves and found it easy but id say its the most painful to inject into, theirs still very little pain but i dont like the after feeling once uve injected since it feels liek a little bruise and walking around on your calve the following day after its been injected is just annoying
the only issue with injecting into quads is u can hit a nerve (u can do this in all muscles so its not a big issue), even if you hit a nerve its no big deal, ur leg will jerk a little or twitch, thats it, theirs no pain etc, some people get shocked when it happen coz they think theyve hit something (when i hit a nerve in my quad once i thought id hit something coz i was using a longer needle, but i didnt, it was just a nerve, it didnt hurt, just my leg jerking made me worry that i did something
what i meant by put needle over leg is
once uve set the needle up, just hold the syringe in your hand (fist grip) with the needle facing down over ur leg
hold it just over ur quad about 2cm away from ur skin
and then in one motion, lower ur hand and the needle will slide smoothly into your skin
ull feel a little prick (if that) i personaly think it like a pinch since a prick hurts more lol
once the needles in, slide it almost to the end (since ur needle 1 and half inch), dont worry about slind in to far, the qauds is amazingly deep muscle aswell
ive used 1 and half inch on ym quad the first time i injected to, i just stopped about half a centimetre from the end of the needle
once the needles in, (since ur hand is still in a fist grip) use ur thumb to push down on the plunger,
push slowly or at the speed u want, whatever makes u feel comfortable
i push slowly just becuase its relaxing and gives time for the solution to absorbed
i also find that if i push down to hard, the solution goes in fast and i feel it going in, which i dont really like, so i take my time
once the plunger has reached the end(the solution is all in your muscle and the syringe is now empty)
wait 10 seconds just to make sure the solution is absorbed
and then just pull the neddle out
dont worry when u pull the needle out u WONT FEEL IT, seriosuly im not just saying that, u wont feel it when u pull the needle it, its great
and then your all done
