    time off between cycles

ive read that time off=time on+pct. now is this everyones general suggestion or what is everyone taking off between cycles? i would also think that positive information from blood tests would indicate when you could start another one....im just trying to plan when i should start my first, thats all. thanks.

i've been wondering where this originated, also, because the old rule of thumb used to be - your off time should be atleast 50% of your cycle length.

gotta say, i like the old rule better hehe

I have always heard that cycle + pct = time off. I have also heard of running natural test boosters in between cycles. That is what I might do. Maybe something with 6-Bromo before it is banned. Seeing as how is also has estrogen rebound protection, to cover me from rebound gyno after pct

Time off = time on + PCT.

I add the wait time between starting PCT also.

    Example-sust would be + 3 wks.

    Best

    So basically this:
    ........Test cycle 12 weeks
    ........2 weeks off
    ........PCT for 4 weeks
    ........---------------
    ........Time off 18 weeks

Getting bloodwork done is the best way to tell if you are ready again.

^2,, the time on + pct = time off is just a general rule,,, best way to tell is with blood test. Some people may take 6 months to get back to normal
