    Hello All,

    Just a few quick questions.

    As far as cycle support supplements/vitamins (for test e, 500 mg/wk for 10 wks) how does this look.

    Yes, I've got PCT ready to roll (clomid & tamox)


    -Milk Thistle
    -Lots of Whey Protein
    -Multi Vitamin
    -B12
    -Melatonin


    Anything else you can recommend for me?? thanks! If you do recommend something, could you also list what its for( ex: Milk Thistle - liver support)

    Not sure you need milk thistle
    Add BCAA

    Alright, I only picked it up because I've seen a few people throw the name out there.

    BCAA.... what exactly is that?

    you shouldn't buy something just because you see people on the boards talk about it. Research it yourself, bro.

    BCAA's are branch chain amino acids.

    When do you plan on starting your cycle?

    not for about another 8 weeks. I've been working out on and off about 5 years, the last 6 months hard. I want another 2 months of hard work before I get on the cycle. I've researched the milk thistle, it's dirt cheap, and I figure it can't hurt, so I believe i'm going to go ahead and keep it. I just want to have all the bases covered. I've got a solid PCT, and basic cycle planned, I'm just looking for all the minor supplements to polish it off.
