2.5 years and a steroid cycle: 183 lbs
Its been a long time.....But now i guess i am somewhat happy about my shape.

what was ur bench in the after 2 yrs working out, and ur before cycle bench and after cycle bench
I suck at bench....150 lbs in the second one and 185 in the last one
Wow I only been working out since may and I work with 225lbs for around 6-8. I dont know what my max would be cause Ive never tried. I'm not one of those big guys either.
I'm going to do an anvar test e cycle next summer and my goal is to get up 4 plates(405?)
You are not hitting chest hard enough or you need to eat more. You should be way past that for 2.5years and a cycle but looking good anyway.

looks like you got some pretty bad acne. Also, do you wear the same boxers every day? I think its about time to let them go bro.
My chest workout consists of
Order of the 3 first exercize varies every workout and i sometime replace bench by dumbells or vice versa
Bench x 3 (6-9) - 185 - 180 - 175
incline dumbells x 3 (7-10) - 70 - 65 - 65
decline dubells x 3 (7-10) - 70 -70 -65
fly with elevated legs x 3 (8-10 times) 35 - 35 - 30
3x pushups till i can no more
i do my reps until muscle faillure and if i do under 7 i lower weigths.
Just noticed i still have those boxers from 2007.....Wow...my bad

Stop doing BB and concentrate on DB pressing movements. That goes for Incline and Flat, this will allow you to concentrate on balance and using more weight. Swith this up for a month then move to BB and your bench will increase. Also stop doing shaping exercises and concentrate on compound movements that will build up your chest and power. I.E. Dips, Incline, Decline, Flat. The only movement you should be using a BB on is decline bench. This will start you in the right direction to bringing up your chest and your strength. And stop doing pushups, they are only good for putting pressure on your delts.....Do dips as your last exercise, do them to failure x 3 sets......Good luck and keep lifting......
