Hey guys, been a while. Anyways i'm looking for some advice.
Stats:
Age: 23
Training: 1.5 years
Weight: 90kg's, or 194 pounds (started out as 50kg's or 110 pounds).
Height: 5'5 ?
BF: 20% + ?

I've been bulking since that summer, and am currently running test E & Prop along with Deca (650 mg's of test, 625 of deca). I've gained 15 kg's or 33 pounds. I feel that a lot of the weight I gained was fat and water. It's mostly my fault because I did zero cardio and was eating around 5000 calories (~3500 from clean food, 1500 from shakes) easily for the first 6-7 weeks of the cycle. I'm currently entering the 9th week and everybody around me is telling me to cut. I'm kind of getting depressed and not really motivated in the gym because of all this fat i've gained. So i'm thinking of just switching to cutting now, even though i'm smack in the middle of this cycle.
My dilemma is either to continue bulking for another 2.5 months, or start cutting from this point forward until the summer (which would be ample time to get down to the perfect BF along with a proper cutting diet.)
What do you guys think I should do? Oh and sorry for the long wall of text lol![]()
