Uhh not really..im not that serious yet i mean i have a diet but its not as strict right now it doesnt matter but it goes something like this on a daily basis.
Also i just got a computer this week, ill probably get a camera next week so i can get some pics up. If you're not going to believe me than dont even waste your time and just leave the thread. Thats perfectly ok with me.
Anyways, i eat every two to three hours.
Meal one
1 cyto gainer shake with
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
10oz orange juice
1 tbsp natural adams peanut butter
1 medium sized bananna
Meal two
10 Oz lean steak
two cups brown rice
two tablespoons olive oil
Meal three(pre workout)
10 Oz chicken breast
Two cups white rice
all my vitamins, N.o. synthesize and five grams arginine ten grams glutamine five grams leucine
Meal four(post workout)
1 cyto gainer shake
10 0z of orange juice
medium bananna
One and ahalf hours later..
10 oz flank steak
two cups brown rice
16 oz water (atleast)
Meal five
10 oz chicken breast
2 cups oatmeal
one cup steamed brocolli
16 oz water (atleast)
Meal six(pre bed time)
50grams casein protein mixed with my flaxseed oils and a little bit of olive oil
1tbsp natural adams peanut butter..
On days that i dont have the best appetite i will sub a cyto gainer shake in for one more of the meals but havent been doing this lately.
