I know i might have started a little young. I've had great results with little side effects. This cycle I've decided I'm stepping up from PH and going with the real deal. I have a solid diet eating 7 meals a day, workout plan has been developed over the last 9 years of working out, train each body part once every 6 days, 16 working sets per body part.
I've been doing alot of reading but would like some opinions of what a good cycle would be. I'm in the military so I have the posibility of being tested If I add to quickly, I've been treatened in the past. Everyone around already thinks I'm on stuff so I should be ok.
Also I'm not asking for sources but what would people consider to be the most sucessful method, I'll find my own but just asking for a few tips and pointers of what makes stuff shady and what doesn't.
