You'll be fine, it's impossible to get every little bubble out of the syringe.
Air is fine. I actually leave .2-.3ml of air in the syringe to help squeeze out all the oil. You'd have to inject a whole bunch of air into a vein in order to hurt yourself.

those bubbles are actually cooties in the syringe
