Some friends went to Jamica and I'm almost positive you can get anything there. Watch out though cause I heard once you get off people will surround you and put stuff on you expecting you to buy it. Not 100% sure but good luck.

Madmax, did you pick your stuff up along the coast? Reason I ask is you might fair better if you head up into the mountains, like Mandyville. More layed back and you can haggle a better deal. It is a ride and in a taxi it's scary as hell. IMHO you'll get screwed in Kingston, Oco, Monteigo and Nigril.
