Hi guys ive been on this site for ahwhile been working out for about 3 years 4 to 3 days a week im 6 feet 167lbs i used to be very chubby i then decided i did not want to live my life like that so thats why i took the gym seriously but now its seems like i have met my plateau. i have used steriods i am not currently i have been clean for about a year due to health issues, i do watch my diet i make sure i consume the right amount of daily protien i am quite happy with my body i just want to gain a bit more muscle an less fatt I do not know my body fatt? what are your guys's suggestions i mean any help would be great thanks.

you are lookin good for where you are at, and for cardio you DONT have to do any running, instead do low intensity cardio. fast paced walk with your heart rate 130-135 bpm for 30-45min at a time. keep the training intense also. have you biggest carb meals your first meal and post workout meal. add in healthy fats in the meals between and just watch the junk food
