im in the middle of bulking up so abs are faint/gone lol im 5'9 222lbs and loven the size but i miss my abs. the pici have as my avy is about a yr old so thoguht id change them butthis one wouldnt fit for sum reason but tell me what u think

i usually paste the pic into paint

i think cut the section i want and paste it into microsoft powerpoint

i then resize the image to the size fo a normal avatar

then right click it, and save image

it then saves as a really small sized image which can be used as ur avi

my advice is learn how to use photoshop, add some chiseled abs on your picture and set it as your avatar. maybe add jay cutlers head and people will believe your him.
