When the injection does not reach the muscle ( "bad" injection")

What happens when the injection does not reach the muscle? Is it a complete waste of the AS?
What do you guys do to make sure the needle is the muscle?

How short of a needle are you using that it does not reach the muscle? I use 1.5 inchs on my glutes and 1 inch on my shoulders. I have no problems. Make sure you push it all the way in. Unless you have a super thick layer of fat preventing the needle from reaching the muscle then you should have no problems. Also if you do have that much fat you shouldn't be using steroids in the first place.

    don't get fat... haha

just stick the needle in deep enough...
also, injecting in a muscle that doesnt have too much fatty tissue over it makes things easier..

make sure the needle is pushed all the way in all the time. As long as you aren't using a .5 in with a lot of fat on the site you should always have enough needle to hit muscle
