  1. #1

    Do i look bigger?

    Im 5'9 185 lbs 16%

    Arm 16.2'' cold flexed.

My lifts are pretty bad, like 185 lbs x 7 bench and 70x6 shoulderpress.

Do i look like im bigger than my stats would tell?

Your arms look larger then the rest of your body; they also could use some cutting as well. They almost look like they were synthol'ed

your probably using your triceps too much when you're doing your chest, which is what I had a problem with, and I started to drop down my weights, and squeeze my shoulder bladed toguether, <--- this has helped me grow alot on chest.

my form was bad, don't know if this will help you, but I'm pretty sure it will because it seems your triceps would be doing 80% of the work, so drop your weights use proper form and ur chest will grow.

I am also aware you said that as well however I am trying to look out for you. Did you get blood work done before and after you cycled to know if you recovered(by paperwork) and if you have please post the results please

I didn't take any bloodtest for testosterone before (i had for other things, though) but i did after. 2 weeks after i end PCT and everything is in the normal range. testosterone is 16.7 on a scale of 8 to 22, which is normal considering im 19 YO and should have higher test.

yeah I agree with the guy saying you might use your triceps in your lifting.

Why the close grip press? I dont see many people doing those unless for

focusing on there tri's. Biceps look to large for the rest of your body including

your shoulders. I noticed with myself atleast hitting my shoulders hard made

benching easier wich in turn gave me bigger lifts on my bench. But in my opinion no your dont look bigger then your stats.

I am 185 lbs and 5' 11 and your a few inches shorter, you look about right.

close grip is for my triceps. i do pec followed by tricep.
Maybe its just the photo but i think my shoulders are fine, they're the most developped part of my body, beside arms. BTW its because i have short arms that they look big.

Maybe you should take another pic or pics and loose the shirt of you want a better opinion. Shoulders look like they need work in that pic.

I'm with Moose man. It doesn't look like your routine is well balanced. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but on the larger muscle groups you can get away with doing 12-15 sets total. Currently your at 11.

The scapular is the muscle between your shoulder blades that pulls them tgeather. Look it up. You can find excersises. Do them to feel the group so you know what to hold tight when you bench. Again its all about learning. I didn't when I was your age and benched with my shoulders up off the bench. This puts real strain on your tri's and front delts. It took going to a physical therpist to find out why I had a sharp pain in my frnt delts. Look around the gym next time your in. When you see someone with their shoulders all hunched forward you can bet its because they are benching wrong.

You will learn as you go what parts grow quicker than others. Its different for everyone. I don't really work out my tri's at all at this point. They grow fast as hell and get enough excersise while working chest and shoulders. My Bi's grow slow which compounds the problem.

I don't think he meant height wise.....

Also make sure you use some body washes. Tanning alone won't do it. I had bacne from a cycle and I ended up having to get a prescription to get rid of it.

Do some research about acne, you say you fully recovered but acne means theres still hormanal imbalances. Train naturaly and build a solid base, thats why your chect wont grow, steriods are making your stronger parts (tri's) even stronger so they are doing most of the work during chest exercises.

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.
