Hi, stats:
height: 6'1"
weight: 200lbs
bf: 8% - 10%
age: 20 (I'm not going to lie about it)
training experience: 5 years - lifting since 9th grade in high school
sprinter for track (I'm white.. imagine that.)
cycle experience: all natural
My roommate ordered insulin last semester (Humulin R) and used it as a supplement in his cycle (week 1-10 test e 600mg only + proper pct).
He used it weeks 2-6 and weeks 8-12 of the cycle at 10iu post workout (of course with proper carboplex/creatine/protein/glutamine intake).
He always kept pink lemonade on hand (66g of sugar per 21 floz) in case of hypoglycemic signs, etc. etc..
Perfect diet: 350g protein, 300g carbs roughly (many of this was sugar to combat the insulin) and <80g fats (no fat for 6 hours after the insulin was shot)
His older brother is a bodybuilding trainer who basically taught him (and me) everything, and I read very similar information in the educational threads of this website.
This was his first cycle, and he went from 6'0" 190lbs 12% bf to an amazing 6'0" 228lbs 12%bf in 10 weeks... stretch marks out the ass. the way a first cycle should go. Many of the first cycles I see on here disappoint me, but this was very impressive (maybe because of the insulin and diet?).
(I advise against him taking aas at this age.. he is really thick headed though)
My question is.. would the PROPER use of insulin without the use of an aas at my age benefit me? I don't plan on cycling anytime soon, just want to know how the insulin might work for ME with no aas. Any thoughts?
