When taking 100mg a week in the past I had to take arimidex .25 twice a week. I plan on following what my body tells me and adding/subtracting the arimidex from there

200 once a week is what I usually do. It keeps my levels so high that I never feel dips. The only time I shoot twice is when I really ramp it up.

I was taking 1200mg every 8 days. Is 200 ~250 enough per week, I wonder if the Test-E I was taking was "watered down".
