Best Anti E./SERM During Cycle

Just lookin for your opinions on the best anti e. or serm to use during your cycle. Please include how long you took it and why its better than the others. This isnt really for me, but it seems to be a really common question that comes up and most threads on it are really old. Thnx for the input guys!

arimidex .25mg eod or nolva i run it at 10mg ed or you can bump i up if needed or signs of gyno occur.

Aromasin 10mg/ED or EOD.

Low dose Rolax or Tamox if you wish to use a SERM.

Proviron in my opinion is a freakin miracle drug.Blows rimi and nolva away.50 to 75mg. a day and you turn rock hard.
