I usually refrain from cardio on bulks, unless I play sports. I know most of you do cardio on bulks, so I wonder if you do it first thing in the morning as if you would on a cut? I am going to start adding cardio on bulks

You will have to test the waters...some can perform cardio on a bulk and some can't. I myself stopped doing cardio around week 5 in my last bulk cycle because I wasn't seeing the gains that I expected. I would think that you can probably get away with about 3 cardio sessions per week and still make gains and stay lean at the same time. Me personally I would add in these 20-30min low intensity cardio sessions pwo. Fasted state cardio in the mornings does a great job at stripping fat but I have to wonder if I'm stripping muscle as well when on a bulk.
