ok so before i get flamed let me just say that , yes i am a 20 yr old looking for a shortcut, no i dont think i know it all (thats why i am here) and yes I am open to any of your suggestions. ive been working out for roughly a year but i only started getting serious about it in the last 4 months. I have to say that my results have been pretty good for 4 months, Ive been cycling creatine, supplementing with whey and following a strict diet. Im currently sitting at 5,11 170 pounds. On to the gear part now.... Im not considering doing anything heavy, i was thinking of a low dose (20-30 mg / day) Tbol cycle for 5-6 weeks. I am by no means looking for amazing gains, Id honestly be happy with a 5 pound gain.... Im just looking for a kick start before the summer, I know the psychological aspect itself would probably make me train twice as hard.... what do you guys think...btw i know i havent reached my natural potential but i dont see how doing such a mild cycle to boost my results is a bad idea...
