    my fav is glutes but you also got delts,quads,biceps,triceps,pecs,calfs just to name a few

    do any of you guys have trouble with uncomfortable sites? i alternate between right glute left quad left glute right quad when pinning and for some reason my left glute and right quad give some discomfort whilst pinning after its fine its just the needle passing through into the muscle feels quite sore. anybody else get this?
