muscles feel done quicker than normal

l am currently on my first cycle of sust
lm starting to notice my muscles feel ripped before l do what l normaly did before cycle.
Is it normal on cycle to feel shredded quicker?
    this is my first cycle
    28yrs
18% "l know next time lll have that in check"
    6ft
    225
if it is normal should l just push through the pain and keep going "what lve been doing"
or should l stop when it gets that full shredded feeling, so not to overtrain

you mean ripped as in bf% ripped or actual painful muscle ripping? If its the second one that is not normal. Maybe your confusing it with an immense pump?

Well if its a pump... work your way up to the point that you feel ridiculously tight but be careful not to go past that because that will probably result in over training and when that occurs depending on the grade of the over trained muscle, it can take months for it to be back up 100%.
If you have been training long enough you should know the diff in your body between a pump and pain.

lm pretty sure its more a pump than pain, but its intense like when l was young and first started lifting. lve just noticed l am getting that way doing less than what l did b4 cycling and it didnt seem right to me. l definately quit b4 it starts to really hurt but the whole pump thing is new to me. l do take taurine anything else to help with this problem.

On aas, you will get immense pumps that will make it hard to bend you arm all the way in and out. It will become so tight that it can hurt sometimes (in my exp). But after you burn that muscle out even if its sooner than you had planned to stop that exercise, yoy may feel the muscke got enough of a workout. Only you know your body.

If you really are tearing muscles then you would more than likely not be able to lift afterwards...

you are pumping, this is not overtraining as wrongly pointed out. as dirty d says, its more intense on cycle and glutamine wont stop it

yeah l was wondering about the glutamine, l have always taken it but not for pumps never heard that but l guess if it helps it already is doing what it can.
Alright l just wanted to make sure this was normal, l saw some posts about back pumps and such but wasnt really sure what you guys meant by pumps.
Now l understand completely and 2wks in very happy 2 know my gear is g2g.
lve noticed small increases in strength but nothing too big, starting to see it in the mirror
though and these pumps are crazy so lm sure what l got is what l wanted,
other than lll never do sust again too many sticks thought l could do 2xwk, found out eod is the way to go.
This is a great site. Thanks all.

    what is this???

train hard and heavy the pump is all part of it, as long as your okay to train that muscle again within the next 5/7 days then your good to go

over-training only comes into play when your training the same muscle before its had a chance to heal properly from a last training session (unless your spending hour upon hour in the gym in the same session)
