Started my small Oral-only Tbol cycle (@ 60mg p/d) on Monday.
[No sides, emotional, water, hypertrophy, etc]
Ate amazing all week. Then yesterday came.
Got stupid drunk and ate siht loads of nonsense (chips, chocolate, etc).
Really wondering what kind of how that poor decision may impair my minimal gains?
(Even though it WAS a higher caloric intake, which may benefit me.. riiight? riiiiiiight?!!)
