Test Cyp cycle

Here is the cycle I am starting today to use some of my recently expired gear:

test cyp 250 mg twice a week - 12 weeks
arimidex 0.5 mg EOD - 12 weeks
anavar 50 mg ED - weeks 10-12

PCT - 16 days after last shot
clomid 200 mg day 1, 100 mg days 2-10, 50 mg days 11-21
nolva 40 mg day 1, 20 mg days 2-21
hcg 500 IU ED days 1-21

does this look good any recommendations?

3 weeks of var is worthless.

Imo, your initial clomid dose is unnecessarily high.

I am 5'9" tall, 190 lbs, 10% bf, 5 cycles.

I agree about the var but need to get rid of it... Might as well take it.

The initial clomid dose is high, but I like clomid. Should I take T3 towards the end or T3/Clen?

Out of curiosity (I'm new here), is there a reason for pushing the var 10 weeks in or is there a benefit of taking it from day 1?

Also.. With Cyp.. In about half the threads I read here.. People say to start Nolva ED with Cyp. And others say to start 18 days after the last injection. It seems about 50/50. Which is the proper method?
