i forget if it was in this forum or the ar-r forum but i may have gone off a bit on someone asking a ridiculous question that shouldnt have been asked in that section to begin with.
if so i apologize. but it wasnt any of u guys here because u wouldnt ask those types of ?'s. i dont post much, if i have a question, i go thru every lifting site before i would ask something.
