hes saying your not doing it with the right form, which is what i think too. theres no way your bench an curls are only 10kg off.. like 23lbs? I bench 300lbs, curl 45lbs..
I swear down on my life i have just counted it up and i am curling 32.6kilos right now. I do 8 reps each time.
32.6kilos is 2x11.3kg, 2x2.5kg and 4x1.25kg plates
I will have a go at the best bench press i can do later or tommorow but my chest is weak still.
