I've read a little about folks getting infection and I'm wonder if it's from the gear? If so, would that mean that the gear is either a fake or just bad?
Thanks

ok an infection could be from numerous things, most come from you not prepping the area you are pinning properly or using non sterile equipment suchs as syringes or pins or you contaminated your pin area or equipment. I would say this accounts for about 85% of infections.

How do you know if you have an infection vs. test flu?
Infections usually are slightly different. When you have an infection the sight of the infection would be more tender then normal, red, sometimes discharge, and very warm as if you had a fever on that one spot. Also they can turn into a boil do to a staff infection which sucks ass! You will be able to tell usually the infection is on pin sight vs the test flu effects your whole body but dont get me wrong an infection can effect more then just the area you pinned in more severe cases.

this is more of an entire body thing than just an infection at the pin site...
