Hi everyone. I am about to start a var only cycle. I have almost everything figured out. I have reads a lot of other posts on anavar so I know what I'm getting into. I don't need people to tell me this is a bad idea or berate me I just want a question I am having trouble with answered.

(Please correct me if I am wrong.)
It is my understanding that the half-life of var is 9 hours.
I also understand it is optimal and recommended to keep the level of the steroid consistent.

So I ask this:
If I am taking 50mg ED, and I have 25 mg pills, in what fashion should I take them? (i.e. morning and night etc.) Should I cut the pills into halves? thirds?

i am planning the same cycle, and also have the same concern, Im also thinking either doing 75mgs ed for a 5 week cycle, or do 50mgs ed for 8 weeks. would one be superior to the other?

3 times a day would be optimal. Split into 3rds.... take 2/3 AM, 2/3 noon, 2/3 PM = 2 50's.

Thanks for being the only good feed back. I was thinking that too, it's just cutting all those pills would be a) tedious and b) inaccurate (I don't have great dexterity haha)

Is it just me or is it mindboggling how someone can come on a forum asking for help and at the same time have a shitty attitude instead of a thankful one?

Alright thanks. But what do you suggest for my dosages and times? 25 mg pills @ 50 mg ED, unless I stepped it up to 75 mg ED, obviously that would be easier, morning mid day night, but that would make it less than 8 weeks.

just started this morning. 75mgs ed ( 25mgs every 8 hours)

Ive got a couple cycles under my belt, although I now believe I started a bit to young..19, I blew out my knee playing hockey two years ago (torn pcl) and have been consistant back in the gym since I was rehabbed, about 1.5 years ago. Lifting has been a big part of my life, but over the last 5 years it has been on and off due to sports injuries. I got great results from previous cycles, but as I said I believe I was too young and they played with my hormones. Now a few years older, Id like a little kick for summer and am just going for the lighter stuff.

I've considered that, but I've got my mind (and supply lol) made up on 50 mg ED. What do you think, maybe 12.5 morning, 25 mid day, 12.5 night? Or is that a stupid idea. If it is, I need to figure out how to take 50 mg, with 2 25 mg pills 3 times a day (half life is 9 hours.)

I have 10mg tabs.

I take 40mg when I wake before I hit the gym around seven and 40mg around nine pm when I get home from work. IMO you will be fine to take half in the morning and half at night. Remember halflife doesn't mean it is totally flushed from your system once the nine hours are up. IMO if you aren't going into a strict aas for a competition the difference of two hours or so between dosing intervals won't harm you.
