Angry Guess What I Heard About Abs, lol...

Well.. i heard it about 5years ago... but anyways, my endocrinologist/nutritionist once told me (this genius was/is the most brilliant mind i have ever known in person and i always tried to pick his brain when i had free time) that visible abs are a sign of malnutrition..

Yep... just think about it for a while..

Abs vs. eating whatever the f you want. Its easy to see why so many people are healthy and overweight.

    That's nothing bro.

We have trainers in our gym that compete. One of them is philipino, anyways I asked him a long time ago about abs and what he thought about training them correctly because I wanted abs desperately.

He said to me, "when you eat food, where does it go? That's right your stomach. You need to train abs everyday because you eat everyday, and you need to burn that stored food from your stomach."

I was shocked, speechless, and about ready to burst out laughing in his face.

The majority of the trainers here are large, use AAS, and are very lean, yet their methodology is completely whack, I don't get it. It's like they all use some ancient BB bible, that is completely wrong when compared to the science of bodybuilding.

That's classic. But at our size, you can see abs at 240+ so we're suffering from malnutrition and blowing out the BMI!
