    you shud lower your bf%, u will experience possibly higher side effects.

    ED or EOD shud be fine, imo ED is better.
    Yes nolva @ 10mg ED shud control gyno during cycle.
    There a stickys for PCT protocols you should read them.

    I have struggled to lower my BF% for years I have never been able to get lower that 16%. That was even why playing ball. With my BF% almost at 20%, what sides should i worry the most about?

    I was mid 20s for BF% when I started. I was hydrostatic tested 2 weeks ago at 19.2% but Ive gained 5lbs since the start of my cycle

    Im doing only test E 500mg/wk

    Id say my diet is pretty damn good though, but this test has defintely been burning fat off me. My waist has dropped 4" since starting the cycle

    I know it's hard for some but you really need to focus on diet and cardio, it will only benefit you in the long run.

    Sides such as gyno, high BP, bad lipid levels all increase with cycling with a high bf%.
