I got acne while on sustanon 250 cycle. I used benzyl peroxide 10% soap which totally dried me out but the acne continued, then I tried Acne Buster a exfoliant scrub and it helped a bit but the acne continued, then I got on 40mg/day of accutane and the acne went away. I was afraid of the accutane but it worked great for me.
