Ever had this happen before while trying to inject?

The only other time I saw something like this the pin shot out of the part that was supposed to hold it on (not the twisted part the part that isn`t supposed to come apart.)

Yeah I've seen that before but never a syringe with no hole in it, must have been a rare manufacturing error.

No never happened to me but Im glad you picked up on it. I could see myself there for a good 2-3 minutes (probably even reprick myself) trying to squeeze the plunger.

ahh when ever i head of this is makes me cringe, imagine loosing a needle in you, I'm so paranoid abut this happening.

thats why you shouldnt stick the needle all the way in. Leave a touch of the needle sticking out, just in case. Read that once here and thought "I need to start doing this!"
