well iv'e been trying to pay attention to what people have been saying about diet and workout's and i can honestly say i'm impressed this is about a 2 month diet change lost 50lbs of fat and added quite a bit of weight to all my lifts. just wanted to show that when you mod's and vets post it really does help people...

the one of me outside is 2-3 months ago the others are me this morning this is just diet no gear but i do have sexy genetics ha ha
