    What to use when not on cycle??

    Hello guys,

    My biggest worry which I'm sure is everyones who takes the good stuff, is what to take during the rest period between cycles to help keep the gains and the motivation high.

    I have posted threads regarding PCT, my diet is very good (protein high etc), what I'm lookin for is advice on what to take in the period between to stop me getting the "Itch" to use again when I should be taking a break.

    my cycle at the moment will be a 10 week tren/prop cycle with a 4 week PCT so will be resting for 3 months.

    Should I consider using things like Clen?

    Or is it really a case of cold turkey time?

    Ya man I'd use just supplements in between give your body a rest brother, if you wanted to cut I'd do it at the end of your tren/prop cycle then PCT

    Ok then guys thanks for the prompt replies.

    Should I expect dramatic losses in gains -

    My diet is solid
    I workout four times a week religously
    I weigh 16 stone, my bodyfat being 12% at the moment (2 weeks into cycle).
    26yrs old
    trained for 8 years solid.

    I know genetics play a part in keeping the gains but is this a good foundation for giving myself a fighting chance?

    you can pretty much use whatever supplements you want except for pro hormones. test boosters, creatine supplements, beta alanine, bcaa, you name it really. Whether it helps or not is dependent on the individual

    HGH, slin, IGF are all good. Clen has also been shown to be anti-catabolic

    Clen is certainly something that interests me.....
    Or is a complete rest from such things advisable and stick to the good old supplements?

    If people agree Clen would be a good option please provide cycle suggestions as I have never taken Clen before.

    if you do clen, I highly suggest you wait at least 4 weeks after pct. Otherwise you will lose a lot of your gains from cycle if you start a fat loss regimen right away

    I going to give S4 a shot this time, with some clen and t3. and likely a baby dose (2 units) of GH. I really like that dark matter by MHP when stacked with slin.
