Hi:
I was looking for some more specifics on nutrition when cycling on sustanon and/or stacking with Dbol. Here is my current eating plan:
15 calories per body weight - 1 gram of protein per body weight, 1/2 gram of fat per body weight and the remainder in carbs - divided in 5 - 6 meals per day.
So for me (Stats: 5 '7, 155lbs, 14% body fat, 31 years old), I'm consuming 2325 calories a day (620 cals protein, 697.5 cals fat, 1007.5 cals carb).
My goal is to drop the 5% body fat and gain about 15 -20 pounds of lean muscle mass.
Any suggestions? Can I throw in a cheat day for my Sundays? Or is this a no fly zone when training?
