    First Cycle workout suggestions

    I will be doing eq for my first cycle. I am 5'11 and 195. I want to shred up and am looking for some suggestions on what type of workout to go with. I change my routine up every 3-4 weeks. I am just coming off of a bulk routine and really want to cut up any help?

    i would go with a good 4-5 day split hitting each bodypart once a week. if you can keep your workouts to 45 min - an hour try hitting them twice a week. (but only if you recover well and getting plenty of rest) good routines in workout section and also try muscle net they have a treasure chest full of different routines.
