    Was running 70mg a day for almost 5 weeks.. Around the 4th week I started getting horrible back pumps. Taurine helped.

    Balls did not shrink at all, sex drive was slightly decreased however I never had an issue getting it up.

    Thanks for the reply.

    On a side note. Day 2 of my Var cycle ( so 80 mgs in ) and Idk if its placebo or what but my Flat bench went up 30 lbs, Incline 10 lbs and added sets in my workout no problem. Feel hard as a rock too. Once again, could be placebo just saying

    all in your mind, but thats ok.......You will really feel it at the end/or the begininng of the 3rd week. If your gear is good.

    Remember, your strength should go up gradually but not huge. You wont put 100lbs on your bench or something like that. You will achieve lean/solid gains/drop in bf/increased vascularity. Naturally this will occur ONLY if your diet/cardio/and training are all dialed in......

    Haha yea I just posted in your thread, its definatly a placebo effect but hey my lifts are going up 1 way or another haha.

    Yea not sure why, must be my post count? I saw your advice and ive been thinking about bumping it. Will decide by tomorrow morning. 1st cycle n from what ive read ill respond a bit better because of it being my 1st so I might not need as many MG.

    However, money isnt tight right now so I just may up it :P

    I think you need like 25 posts of something.

    Yeah dude, bump it up to atleast 60-70. My spot was 80....Your gains will that much better at 70-80 than 50. Besides, 10 weeks is a long time and by the 7th week I started to feel like I was getting used to the var and I wasnt getting that extra "umph" like before.

    I would suggest 70-80mg/day for 6 weeks, maybe 7 but thats about it..
