    aesthetics aside getting BIG

    I know most of you all worry about bloat - fat gain - etc.
    I am mostly concerned with overall mass and strength.
    If I do it with a pot belly I don't really care.

    I am on Keto now shedding extra fat and preping for my next burst cycle.
    I am wondering if its fine to have extra sugary food items (not fatty) to further my 30 days of growth.
    Example - PWO Shake has sugars (malto / dex) what about breakfast - Eggs / Oatmeal with brown sugar, whey?

    Normally I would never eat the brown sugar and what I am asking is if you don't mind the fat gains why not?
    I also would try and avoid bad fats since it slows digestions.

    Overall I am just trying to grow as much as possible.
    Will worry about the fat later if at all.
    Suggestions / comments?

    On a keto - aren't you not allowed to eat carbs throughout until the carb reload days?

    The bold parts are the dictionary definition of a contradiction. No.

    Being on a keto diet and then eating sugar is asking to put on weight. Maybe you need a different diet if your energy levels are really low. How long have you been on it? After the first week things starts to feel better, although it feels like an age.

    So sorry should have been more clear.

    On Keto now / Off cycle now.
    I am going off Keto when I go on cycle.

    That when I will be hitting the sugary food, I am trying to pack caloire into many small meals thus the need for sugary carbs - lets total WEIGHT of food higher calories.

    Example - Instead of a tin of tuna and rice - a tin of tuna and orange juice for mid day snack.
    Wont the OJ and Tuna allow me to ingest more food and help me gain better?
