how do you guys deal with it and lower it? I have been having trouble making it through the day at work, so I got it checked and it's 146/(97 or 87, can't remember) it's not super high but it's enough to cause lethargy

Tronics wouldn't you say your success came from the doctors prescription? Which I am considering doing tomoro
i never took that prescription its still stored in my draw...only the supplements
Hawthorn berry, garlic, celery seed, dandelion extract, green tea, watch your sodium and cholesterol intake.
hmm interesting. may have to go shopping. although the free prescription sounds better than 100$ of OTC stuff!
You don't have to go out and buy all that stuff. Just giving you some options.
ya thx bro, I was actually referring to tronics post but it's all good
I might try baby aspirin
CoQ10, garlic, hawthorn, fish oil, folic acid... to name a few. but CoQ10 is awesome.
believe me paying for supps are better then being on meds and getting stuck on them..![]()
why the hell don't you guys just go to your doc and get an ace inhibitor? I mean you can try the boatload of OTC supplements that MIGHT work, or just get something that WILL work....
Just be honest with your doctor and they will look out for you (at least in my experience)
CoQ10 dammit!
If you have a BP issue you may want to stay away from high test doses and orals...d-bol is a killer for Bp. I have never doen tren, but have read it is bad for those of us with Bp issues.
Running an AI on the cycle will help water retention and BP issues, my pick is aromasin. cq10 , cayenne pepper while on cycle are good.
Keep that shit in check!
