I'm currently self-medicating without any support, but I've arranged blood work with a GP who knows everything about my situation, and he's willing to support me with further testing. The best part is that he's a good friend with an endo who's working with the clinic, so he is going to take a look at my result too. BUT I've recently done changes to my protocol, so I'll have to wait until my body is stable.

I'm very sensitive to drugs and changes to my body in general, and I feel when the estrogen level is too low, and when it's too high. I mean, it's obvious the arimidex dose is too low if my breasts begins to grow, same the other way around, when my joints begins to ache/crack and libido disappears. I don't know what the E2 level was at the beginning, but it was high. I was better for a couple of weeks at 1 mg 2x week, but then...

My body fat % is probably high, and that's the main problem, I think... I'm going to change my diet and workout the next weeks and take it from there, but I need to control the testosterone/estrogen ratio somehow, until I've lost enough fat. I've no idea what my testosterone level is. But it feels like it's supposed to be higher at this time. I'm currently experiementing with dosage. I'm going to do 100 mg twice a week until the blood test.

Still interested in opinions about nolvadex.

Enden, you know this is pretty messed up, right? Experimenting with dosages and not having any idea of what your lab stats are is like driving blind. If you have no idea what your "T" level is, how do you know that you need to take 50mg opposed to 200mg? How do you know that your lipids or other values aren't being thrown off here, which could contribute to how you feel? The news that you are going to be working with a GP is the best thing that I'm seeing here.

I'd stay clear of any Nolvadex for the time being. Also, start your diet and workout now. The next few weeks has a sneaky way of never coming around.

Tell me about it... I believe I'll notice side effects if I'm doing too much TE, like raging libido, acne and hairloss, which I'm prone to. I know how it's supposed to feel, as I was using testogel before testosterone injections. I could be wrong though, and I've no idea if my TRT is changing any of my other hormone levels, except E2, LH and FSH. That's why I decided to visit another clinic, after we talked a bit. Luckily I met a good doctor.
