I've heard of people using the electro stimulation to help growth but havn't seen anything reallys tating that it works.

You can buy those things online..... except they are meant for more than just abs. they have little pads with electrodes on them.....

Essentially the same thing yes..... a familly member of mine has one for his back. The thing is practically pocket sized and runs on AA batteries. It comes with a bunch of stickypads/electrodes. With his.... you could connect 4 pads at the same time..... that thing was great for my back when it was all knotted up.....
