OK.. My right nipple is definitely getting sensitive. This happens pretty much every cycle. I have nolva on hand.. I have no lumpo underneath the nipple but I dont want to wait for one.. How should I take the nolva.. Should I take it in a lower dose because there is no lump? Please let me know.. Thanks again guys.

start at 20mg's. If that isn't working bump it up to 40mg's per day. Once the sides go away drop back down to 20 and RUN IT THE REST OF THE WAY THROUGH YOUR CYCLE! Don't tempt fate of growing mammories. It's the complete opposite of what you are attempting to do with your body.

what anti-e are you running? Perhaps you could bump that up a bit as a preventive measure.

I have nolvadex.. I am going to run 20mgs a day for the rest of my cycle, or should I drop to 10? Also do I keep taking the nolva with clomid therepy?
