This stickie will help you with learning how to properly structure you diet to meet your goals.

    Thanks for the advice.

I have been focusing more on cardio and dieting in the last year, should I be focusing on building muscle more?

I really don't want to be a body builder, but I want a body that I can be proud of. What do you suggest?

Keep up the cardio and dieting. Not dieting to lose fat, but healthy eating dieting.

Focus on building muscle. Your frame drastically needs some. If you are having trouble gaining weight, make sure you are getting your protein and up your calories!

I would focus on adding more lean mass. You really need more IMO. Having more mass will burn more resting calories helping you stay lean. And it will improve your overall shape. Cardio is a good thing along with a good weight lifing regimen. Focus on your diet and you will be good to go.

No need to try to look like me, I know Im over the top for many. But adding some muscle will do you good overall.
