I eat canned tuna twice a day. On the nutrition facts list on the can, it says for every 100g, there are 27g protein. For every 65g (which is a serving size according to the can), there are 17.6g protein. My question is how much protein am I getting if I consume the whole tin? On the front, it says e170grams. Does this mean that all of the tuna in the entire can is 170g worth? Does it mean 170 grams drained or undrained? A little help please...
