    confused about macros in tuna

I eat canned tuna twice a day. On the nutrition facts list on the can, it says for every 100g, there are 27g protein. For every 65g (which is a serving size according to the can), there are 17.6g protein. My question is how much protein am I getting if I consume the whole tin? On the front, it says e170grams. Does this mean that all of the tuna in the entire can is 170g worth? Does it mean 170 grams drained or undrained? A little help please...

Oy vey, look at the nutrition facts - if it says 100g serving size and there are 2 servings - u multiply all the facts by 2. If it says 2 oz and its 4 oz total (which mine does), double all nutrition facts.

BUMP. Anyone? I'm sure this is just simple multiplication but I'd like to be sure.

Thanks, but it doesn't say how many servings per tin. It only says the serving size is 65 grams, and on the front it says e170 grams. There are 17.6 grams of protein in 65 grams. So, can I safely assume that there are 46 grams protein in the whole tin?

Probably not. A simple calculator could have figured this one out in like, 10 seconds. Oh well.....
