Ok, I'm 6'2 but proportionate. I've got "tall guy legs" as I call them.
My calves are lacking...I have gained some considerable size on my quads..but those damn calves...theyre so long..so its hard to put on some good mass.
Any tips that you guys have used to get some good calf pumps...would be greatly appreciated
