    That sounds good.. I actually cheated big time yesterday after the surgury.. had some brownies with caramel.... really good..

    I have to adjust the diet during recovery.. less calories I suppose.. reduce the carbs a little.. had some oatmeal and a shake this AM so far.. not really hungry.. could be the meds. I'm trying to not take a lot either so I only took a 1/2 this morning and the other 1/2 just now..

    i had a SMALL touch of gyno when i was obese.

    it flares up during high dose.... it calms down when i go to my HRT dose....it's still there, but not as bad.

    since im in canada, i should pursue removal...cost me $0

    never admit to test/aas useage when pursuing removal

    i told my dr i've always had it, but since on HRT for legit reasons, it seems to hurt more/flare up/etc etc.....

    never let them know it's because of what you're doing - cuz then it's self inflicted, to which the surgery becomes elective/cosmetic......which costs $$

    honestly, i never really thought of it that way - but in all honesty, it's the blatant truth.......

    I know of people who have had insane cancer because of their poor lifestyle choices - and their meds/treatments per month is astronomical for yrs on end....
