    Just curious to see, who has posted the most replys in one day on this board?

    That would have to be Pain. He has more posts than me and he's only been here since Dec. I think in his profile his posts per day was like 22 or something like that.

    We don't need AR to become a "post whore" board like a few of the other boards around.

    Bro lighten up.... this is the AR Lounge here we can have fun and post what we want (well almost). Look at all my other posts in the other forums and you will see I'm not a posting whore but do know what I'm talking about when it comes to training, diet, ect.

    Muscleguru won this one hands down. I want to say that he averaged 30 posts a day for 3 or 4 days straight. We suspended his account and then let him back on for a few more days. He ended up with 111 posts I think over about 6 or 7 actual days of posting.

    No, I would never ban anyone for posting too much, though he did push it. We kept asking him to slow down and do some research. I think he asked every question out there. There were some other reasons through PMs between he and I that got him banned. It sucks because if he had learned all of the answers to the questions that he was asking, he would be the smartest guy on this board. lol
