I just started my Supertest 450 cycle last week, .5 mL x2 a week plus B12. Was thinking of throwing some DBol in, but may just hold onto it, this is going to be a 15 week cycle. I play semi pro football, practice Wed nights, games on Saturday. I was going to cut down on working out, but between the test and the Jack3d I think I can recover well enough by Saturday to give my all as an offensive lineman. I just want to throw up what I came up with as a routine and get some suggestions (attached). NOTE: Tri and Bi exercises will use different grips Mon and Thur, just haven't decided what grips and where. My bi's have always lagged, tri's are decent growers.
